Who we are
Cirrova is an Azure cost intelligence platform developed and operated by Cirrova Pty Ltd. References to “Cirrova”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy refer to that entity.
This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in connection with our website (cirrova.io) and the Cirrova platform. If you have questions not addressed here, please contact us at hello@cirrova.io.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. Currently, this occurs through our early-access registration form and any direct correspondence with our team.

- Approximate monthly Azure spend (optional)
- Environment description (optional)
- Biggest challenge (free text, optional)
When you use the Cirrova platform, we also collect data necessary to provide the service, including Azure resource and cost data retrieved from your Azure environment via the permissions you grant us.
How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Notify you when early access or the Cirrova platform becomes available
- Understand the needs of prospective customers to shape product development
- Respond to enquiries and provide support
- Operate and improve the Cirrova platform for customers who have been granted access
- Meet our legal and compliance obligations
We will not send you unsolicited marketing communications. Any email we send will be directly related to your registration or use of the platform.
Data storage & security
All data processed and stored by Cirrova resides exclusively within the Microsoft Azure Australia East region. We do not store or replicate your data outside of this region.
Cirrova is built entirely on Microsoft Azure. We use Azure-native services and security controls including encryption at rest and in transit, private networking, and role-based access controls to protect your information.
Access to personal data and customer Azure data is restricted to authorised Cirrova personnel on a need-to-know basis.
No third-party sharing
Cirrova does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information or your Azure data with any third-party organisation for any purpose.
Your information stays within Cirrova. We do not engage third-party data brokers, advertising networks, or analytics resellers in connection with personal or customer data.
The only exception would be if we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or government authority — in which case we would notify you to the extent permitted by law.
No generative AI
Cirrova does not use generative AI in the operation of the platform or in the analysis of your metrics, Azure data, or any other customer data.
All cost analysis, anomaly detection, and recommendations within Cirrova are produced by deterministic rules and conventional analytics. Your data is never sent to a large language model or any generative AI service.
Website analytics
Our public website (cirrova.io) uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect aggregated, anonymised information about how visitors interact with the site — for example, which pages are visited and how long people spend on them. This helps us understand what information is most useful and improve the site accordingly.
Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser. The data collected is subject to Google’s own privacy policy. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser settings.
Analytics data is not linked to your personal information and is not used within the Cirrova platform.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you
- Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

Data retention
We retain early-access registration data for as long as it is relevant to our product development and launch communications. If you ask us to remove your details, we will do so promptly.
For platform customers, we retain data in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of onboarding. On termination of a customer account, we will delete or return customer data as requested.
